Terms & Conditions for Inspired Egypt Tours
- Booking Confirmation:
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Inspired Egypt Tours. To confirm a booking, a deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days before the tour start date. For bookings made within 30 days of the tour start date, full payment is required at the time of booking. - Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your tour, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The following cancellation charges will apply:
- More than 30 days before the tour start date: the deposit will be forfeited.
- Between 15 and 30 days before the tour start date: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- Less than 15 days before the tour start date: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- Changes to the Itinerary:
Inspired Egypt Tours reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, we will do our best to provide suitable alternatives or refunds where possible. - Travel Insurance:
It is strongly recommended that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the tour, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or loss/damage of personal belongings. - Liability:
Inspired Egypt Tours acts as an agent for third-party suppliers such as hotels, transportation providers, and tour guides. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from the actions or omissions of these suppliers. We are also not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from any act of God, war, terrorism, or other circumstances beyond our control. - Health and Safety:
Clients are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour and must take all necessary precautions to avoid injury or illness. Inspired Egypt Tours is not liable for any injury, illness, or death resulting from the client’s failure to take reasonable care. - Privacy Policy:
Inspired Egypt Tours respects your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide the services requested. We will only use your personal information for the purposes of booking and providing the tour services. - Governing Law:
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Egypt, and any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
